Air conditioning policy left room uncomfortably hot upon return!!! The regulations on using the jacuzzi were overly restrictive, limiting relaxation after long days out!!!

The stylish decor in our King Room with Spa Bath was a true reflection of Venetian elegance, which made our stay feel special. The fresh pastries available throughout the day were a delightful surprise and added a nice touch to our experience.
One major drawback was the air conditioning policy. we had to turn it off before leaving, which resulted in returning to a hot room, especially during the sweltering summer days. the bathtub came with many restrictions. not only were we prohibited from using soap, but we couldn't use it at night, which was a bit limiting for relaxation after long days of sightseeing. Though the room was charming, the lack of flexibility regarding the amenities put a damper on things at times.

Had an amazing time with friends here! We loved exploring local attractions like the Doge's Palace and St Mark's Basilica. The room was super comfy, and the breakfast on the terrace was always delicious. Lara and her team were super welcoming, making the entire experience feel homey and special.
The only downside was the heat issue when we returned to the room, as we had to turn off the air conditioning while out. It made coming back a bit uncomfortable.
